Yuanshi Tianzun's Scripture of Heavenly Ascension
The author is unknown.
It was presumably compiled between the Tang and Song dynasties. The Secret Catalogue of the Southern Song Dynasty recorded "The Scripture of Ascending to Heaven and Attaining the Dao, one volume", which refers to this work.
The existing version is included in the Ben Wen (Original Text) category of The Dongzhen Section in The Daozang. Falsely attributed to being preached by Yuanshi Tianzun (Primeval Heavenly Lord) to all immortals, the scripture contains only over two hundred characters.

Yuanshi Tianzun's Scripture of Heavenly Ascension
It states that if people can abandon all external entanglements, forever eliminate attachments, prevent external thoughts from entering, and refrain from letting internal thoughts escape, they will make their five zang-organs cool and pure, and their six fu-organs harmonious and healthy.
Then they can guide the pure and harmonious true Qi to moisten their body, calm their six sense faculties, and clearly illuminate their eight consciousnesses.
In this way, they can achieve "attaining the Dao and becoming true immortals, ascending to the higher realm naturally".
