The He Qi 何琦

He Qi, a native of Jinjiang during the Qing Dynasty, had the courtesy name Likang and the literary names Xianzhai, as well as Guanwu and Mengquan Jushi.
In his youth, he had an otherworldly demeanor (lit. "the demeanor of an immortal and the spirit of a Daoist"). He could read Laozi (《道德经》), Zhuangzi (《ChuangTzu》), and esoteric Daoist books, and authored Shanyin Ji Shi (Anthology of Poems from Shanyin).
