The Supreme Cave Mysterium Numinous Treasure Divine Talismans of the Five Great Mountains
The author is unknown.
Judging from its content and wording, it was presumably created by Taoist priests during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.

Buddhist monk Falun of the Tang Dynasty cited The Diagram of Immortals of the Five Great Mountains in his Treatise on Distinguishing Orthodoxy, which is certainly this text.
It consists of one scroll and is included in the category of "Divine Talismans" in the Cave Mysterium Division of the Taoist Canon.
The text contains several types of talismanic scripts.
First are five Divine Talismans of the Five Great Mountains, representing the deities of Mount Tai (Eastern Great Mountain), Mount Heng (Southern Great Mountain), Mount Song (Central Great Mountain), Mount Hua (Western Great Mountain), and Mount Heng (Northern Great Mountain) respectively. According to the text, using these talismans in accordance with the proper rituals enables one to "summon and command all ghosts, and behead evil deities".
There are also six Perfected Ones’ Talismans of the Five Great Mountains, used to guard the Heavenly Emperor’s palace, ward off ferocious evils, and suppress malicious qi from all four directions; five Generals’ Talismans, for military purposes to defeat enemies and subdue crowds; as well as the White Tiger Talisman, the Great Peace Talisman, and the Power and Virtue Talisman, all employed to invoke heavenly deities to suppress goblins and evil ghosts.
Another text in the Taoist Canon, The True Form Diagrams of the Five Great Mountains, features Taoist methods similar to those in this work.
