Xing Xuying war eine Persönlichkeit der frühen Tang-Dynastie .
Er diente als Weiyi Shi (ein taoistischer Beamter, der für rituelle Etikette und Disziplin zuständig war) des Dahongdao Guan (Dahongdao Taoistischer Tempel ).
Im vierten Jahr der Chang'an-Ära unter Kaiserin Wu Zetian (704 n. Chr.) wurde er per kaiserlichem Dekret angewiesen, gemeinsam mit Ruan Xiaobo und anderen das Jinlu Grand Zhai (ein großes taoistisches Ritual zum Beten, Segnen und zur spirituellen Reinigung) im Daiyue Guan (Taoistischer Tempel Daiyue) auf dem Berg Tai (dem Östlichen Großen Berg) abzuhalten.
