Taishang Qiuxian Dinglu Chisu Zhenjue (The True Secrets of the Silk Slip for Seeking Immortality and Confirming the Immortal Register of the Supreme). The jade script was originally attributed to "transmitted by Lady Wang, the Golden Mother of Xicheng," and it was presumably a pseudepigraphic work by Shangqing Taoist priests during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.

The original text consists of one roll and is included in the Dongzhen ( included in the Dongzhen Section, Jade Secrets Category of the Daozang (Taoist Canon).

For Taoist priests to cultivate the Dao, they must memorize the taboo names of various celestial deities to be inscribed in the Immortal Register. The secret taboo names of all true beings are recorded on silk slips, transmitted by masters under sacred oaths—this text is precisely such a collection of secret taboo names transmitted from master to disciple.

The text first contains the oath for transmitting the True Secrets of the Silk Slip, followed by excerpts of numerous immortals’ and true beings’ taboo names, talismans, bamboo slips, jade inscriptions, inner sounds, and incantations copied from various ancient Taoist texts.

It cites as many as dozens of cites as many as dozens of ancient Taoist works, all with clear attributions noted.

A postscript at the end states, "The latter part of this roll is missing," indicating that the surviving text is not a complete version.
